At RCFSTT, we are here to help get started on your fitness journey. No matter where you are starting we can help you reach your fitness goals. Our program isn’t a one size fits all fitness program. All of our workouts are scalable, modifiable, as well meant to push you no matter your level of fitness.
We are so much more than just a gym. We are a supportive, community that loves to work hard and play harder.
The purpose of these classes are to teach you the fundamental movements of CrossFit. The course will be three, one hour sessions going over everything you’ll need to know to start your fitness journey with RCFSTT. Our goal is to set you up for success so you can achieve your fitness related goals.
Once you complete the course, you will be able to join in the regularly scheduled classes.
